Flash forward a few decades and just imagine the history these fantastic condos hold. And now, a chance to OWN one! Designed by Modernist Architect Miles Stahm and built in 1964 these were know as the 'Aphrodisiac Lofts' and were featured in the October 1965 issue of Playboy Magazine. Locally, they gained quite a reputation: many just called them the Playboy Apartments. Whatever then name you'll call this home fantastic! now Here you’ll find a generous 900 sq feet of MCM, but a space that offers a serious dose of style not found elsewhere. Consider features such as the dramatic double volume living space, efficient open kitchen and a loft bedroom complete with curved walls.
This home has been thoughtfully well updated, but retains much of the original detailing including the Lava rock “waterfall” wall and “pond”, plus dramatic fireplace. The bath has been redone and an indoor laundry area added, a rare find for these homes. The community offers a central pool that you’ll no doubt recognized the referenced shape right away (is that a… wait a minute, a Bunny head?)
